Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of the FormShare software-as-a-service offering (the "Service") provided by QLands Software Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation ("QLands", "we", "us", or "our"). This AUP applies to all users of the Service, including account owners, administrators, collaborators, and end users (collectively, "Users").
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, Business Terms (if applicable), and Privacy Policy.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including any data collected, uploaded, processed, or shared, complies with all applicable legal and ethical requirements.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network related to the Service.

Breach or circumvent authentication, security, or access controls.

Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service without authorization.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data of other users, including by transmitting malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

Use automated means (including scraping, bots, or scripts) to access the Service except through officially supported APIs.

Send spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive messages (including phishing or spoofing).

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or billing mechanisms, or use the Service beyond the scope of your subscription.

Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without explicit written authorization from QLands.

Upload, store, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.

Infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Use the Service for activities that could result in physical harm, death, or serious injury.

Use the Service in a manner that QLands reasonably determines to be inconsistent with acceptable business or ethical practices.
3. Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the data you collect, upload, or process using the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to process such data, including compliance with data protection, consent, and child protection laws.
4. Enforcement
QLands reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service, without notice, and may include removal of content, account restrictions, or termination of applicable agreements.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
