Security & Compliance
Fully encrypted data workflow
Mobile devices transfer data to FormShare over HTTPS encryption. Data is encrypted at rest and during transport.
Standard GDPR DPA
FormShare provides a standard GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that applies when we process personal data on behalf of a customer acting as data controller.
HIPAA Compliance
FormShare offers field de-identification and encryption. Note: FormShare may be used to collect and manage health-related data, but it should not be used to process Protected Health Information (PHI) unless a separate, written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed with QLands Inc.
Data De-Identification and PII
The data dictionary lets you mark sensitive fields and block them from data exports. Additionally, you can mark fields as encrypted, and they will not be accessible outside FormShare.
