This Privacy Policy describes how QLands Software Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation ("QLands", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the FormShare software-as-a-service platform (the "Service").

  • Account Information: Name, organization, email address, billing details, and contact information.

  • Service Data: Forms, submissions, metadata, and other content uploaded or generated through the Service.

  • Device Information: IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless required to provide the Service and authorized by you.

We do not collect any payment information, such as credit card information. All payments are handled by Stripe.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;

  • Authenticate users and secure accounts;

  • Provide support and communicate with users;

  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf. We share your name and email address with Stripe for the purpose of payment. 

  • Third-party integrations enabled by you;

  • Authorities when required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data may be stored and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where QLands or its service providers operate.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and data, subject to legal obligations.
